About Us
Hello! We are the sisters at the Lambda Chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority, Inc. at the University of Michigan.
alpha Kappa Delta Phi is the first and largest, international Asian-interest sorority with 60 chapters at numerous universities across the United States and in Canada. We were first founded at the University of California, Berkeley in 1990. In the fall of 1995, the tradition of alpha Kappa Delta Phi continued at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and has spread internationally with over 60 chapters located at numerous universities across the United States and in Canada. We focus on striving to achieve our five pillars: sxsterhood, leadership, scholarship, service and Asian American Awareness. With almost 6,000 sxsters and still growing across the country, we strive to uphold our values by giving back to the community and the university.
